• Hello Cars is a Brand New & Reconditioned vehicle importer and dealer.
• All information, images, and details displayed on this website are for general informational purposes only.
• We reserve the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Information & Pricing

• We make every effort to ensure that vehicle images, specifications, and descriptions are accurate, but minor differences from the actual vehicle may occur.
• Prices are subject to change without notice due to market conditions, duties, taxes, or import costs.
• Final price and terms will be confirmed directly at our showroom or through a written agreement.

3. Orders & Booking

• A booking/advance payment may be required to reserve a vehicle.
• Once a booking is confirmed, the transaction will proceed according to the written agreement/receipt issued between the buyer and Hello Cars.
• We reserve the right to cancel any booking in case of false information, fraudulent activity, or breach of terms.

4. Payment Policy

• Payments are accepted via cash, bank transfer, or other methods approved by Hello Cars.
• It is the buyer's responsibility to retain proof of all payments made.
• Vehicle delivery may be delayed or suspended in case of incomplete payment.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Booking money is generally non-refundable, except in specific cases (such as delivery failure on our part), which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• All refund requests must be submitted in writing to hellocarsbd@gmail.com.

6. Delivery & Ownership Transfer

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on import procedures, customs clearance, and registration processes.
• Full ownership of the vehicle is considered transferred to the buyer only after all necessary documents (registration, tax token, etc.) have been handed over.

7. Website Usage

• No content, images, or information from this website may be copied, republished, or used commercially without written permission from Hello Cars.
• Submitting false or misleading information through any form or contact channel on this website is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Hello Cars shall not be held liable for any technical errors, information discrepancies, or third-party actions arising from the use of this website.
• We shall not be liable for delays caused by natural disasters, changes in government policy, or other circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure).
